Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

All refund requests are subject to Google Play's Refund Policy.

Google typically allows refunds for most apps and in-app purchases within a limited period (usually 48 hours) after the purchase is made. Eligibility for refunds outside this standard window is determined solely by Google.

2. How to Request a Refund

Since purchases are made through the Google Play Store, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Google.

To request a refund:

1. Visit play.google.com/store/account
2. Click on Order History
3. Find the order you want to return or refund
4. Select Report a problem
5. Choose the option that best describes your situation and complete the form

Google will review your request and make a determination based on their policies.

3. Our Role in Refunds

Ujjawal Lab is notified of approved refunds by Google. Upon notification:

• We will immediately revoke access to the premium features associated with the refunded purchase.
• Your account will be reverted to the free tier of service.

We are unable to influence Google's decision on any refund request.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Canceling a subscription will stop automatic renewals, but it does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

To cancel a subscription:

1. Open the Google Play Store
2. Tap on your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
3. Select the Fused subscription
4. Tap Cancel subscription
